Mud Pump Drive

TECHIMPORT offers mud pump diesel drive.

The drive is used in complete set with mud pump having a capacity of 600 kW (UNB-600, UNBT-600). A diesel motor is used in the pump drive, which simplifies installation, transportation and operation of the equipment.

A diesel pump drive can be supplied in two variants:

1. Diesel engine in complete set with coaxial reduction gear and a pulley. In this set equipment consumes minimum space. The reduction gear construction eliminates theuse of the ATC or the power take off device.

2. Diesel engine in complete set with the power take off device and angle-change gear

Both variants imply replacement of the pulleys and belts on the flush pump. In the flush pump drive there is a polychain belt, which has higher wear resistance index. Polychan belts use can significantly increase the intervals between belts’ replacement and make the process of replacement and tension easier.
